Rendering and external painting in Burntwood
The property on this project had existing tyrolene render that had cracked in various places and was in need of painting.
We removed all the render where it was needed and patched in the tyrolene.
We painted the complete property white and re-pointed the damp course where it was needed and painted it in black.
As you can see from the photos the finished result gave the property a fresh clean appearance.

Slabbed patio area in Burntwood
The customer in Burntwood wanted the patio area to be a feature in the garden so we designed the project so there would be a half circle in the centre and finished off with block pavers. The result was this high quality finish.

Bathroom installation in Lichfield
The bathroom in this property in Lichfield was very dated and was in need of a face lift, the customer wanted to keep the original layout but install a modern bathroom suite.
The plaster all needed to come off the walls back to the brick and all pipework was renewed. The new bath had a mixer shower tap so the walls were plaster boarded with moisture resistant boards and then a tanking system was applied to the boards.
The walls were then tiled with a very modern look with one feature wall over the bath.

Decorating in Burntwood
The property in Burntwood needed to be freshened up with a new lick of paint. There was a void where the gas fire had been removed so we decided to leave the fire surround in place and turn into a feature. We plaster boarded the opening and then finished it off by making a timber frame, this also meant that at a later date a fire could be installed again without any major changes.

Painting and wallpapering to a bedroom
Bayley Property Services recently decorated a bedroom to the customers high standards which can be seen by the photographs.
Walls were painted in a cream emulsion and one wall was wallpapered to create a feature wall.
The customer then furnished the room to compliment the colour scheme

Bathroom refurbishment in Burntwood
This was a bathroom refurbishment in Burntwood in Staffordshire.
We removed the old bathroom suite,
removed the wall tiles and floor,
plastered boarded and plastered the walls and ceiling,
Fitted spot lights and an extractor fan,
fitted the bathroom suite and electric shower with glass shower screen,
fitted new alcatrave and boxed in the back of the toilet,
